Our Team

Elaine is our Project Coordinator with a focus on monument preservation.  She is a graduate of CSU Stanislaus with a bachelor’s in biology.  Her career originated in the veterinary field where she worked as a licensed Registered Veterinary Technician.  She has 9 pets:  1 dog (Dakota), 1 rabbit (Betty White), 3 cats (Buddy, Tumble, and Olive), and 4 chickens (Blondie, Bianca, Pepper, and Nugget) that keep her busy.  She resides in Oakdale and in her spare time she enjoys gardening, photography, and country swing dancing.

Elaina started her journey in the surveying industry in 2019. She works at Redefined Horizons as an Assistant Cartographer. In this role, Elaina aids in the process of creating survey maps, CAD drawings, and other types of exhibits. She also executes GIS tasks and helps read and interpret land records. Lastly, Elaina helps Landon and Brian with small project management. She was born and raised in Stockton, California and now resides in Oakdale, California. In her free time, Elaina enjoys spending time with her family, training in kickboxing, and reading.

Britt Fournier is a CAD Technician/Survey Apprentice. She lives in Merced, California with her 3 horses.

Lori is our Office Manager here at Redefined Horizons. After taking a hiatus from the work force to be a stay at home mom, Lori came to work for us. She is a proud mom to three girls, and two fur babies. Lori is originally from Manteca, CA.

Matthew Schulte is a CAD Technician/Survey Apprentice. He lives with his wife Marissa in Stockton, California.

Cameron is an Assistant Surveyor/Lead Field Surveyor at Redefined Horizons. He executes field surveys as a crew chief and processes/manages data in TBC, QGIS, and more. He is a long time resident of Turlock, CA and enjoys a nice day out with his family.

Cozette Anderson is a Junior Mapper/CAD technician for Redefined Horizons. In her role she provides CAD drafting as well as map preparation. Cozette was born and raised in Modesto, CA and still resides there. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as going out of town.

James is a Field Technician for Redefined Horizons, originally from Dallas, TX. He worked in software before moving out west to pursue a career in conservation, which eventually led him to survey work. In his free time, he enjoys spending it in the mountains and training martial arts.

Landon Blake has worked in Central California as a land surveyor for over two decades. He is licensed in California and Nevada. He is also a Certified Federal Surveyor. Landon specializes in boundary surveying, land use planning, land title and project management for commercial real estate, land development, and infrastructure projects.

Landon is a Senior Land Surveyor at Redefined Horizons.
